The japanese photographer Rika Noguchi will give a talk at Gandegg Castle in Eppan. In this talk, she will provide insights into her artistic work and the subjects she deals with in her photography. We invite you to attend this presentation and let yourself be carried away into Noguchi's world.
Following the lecture, there will be a short round of presentations on South Tyrolean institutions dedicated to photography. Please note that the lecture will be in English, while the presentation round will be in German.We would be delighted to welcoming you at the event.
Rika Noguchi (b. 1971) lives and works in Okinawa. In her work, she focuses on nature photography, often experimenting with close-ups, out-of-focus images and atypical shooting devices such as the pinhole camera. Her photographic works address the limits of human ability and ambition, reminding us of the existence of larger and all-controlling forces, such as gravity or light, that affect our everyday experiences.

Die japanische Fotografin Rika Noguchi einen Talk auf Schloss Gandegg in Eppan. In diesem Vortrag wird sie uns Einblicke in ihre künstlerische Arbeit und die Sujets, mit denen sie sich in ihrer Fotografie beschäftigt, geben. Gerne möchten wir Sie dazu einladen, an dieser Präsentation teilzunehmen und sich in die Welt Noguchis entführen zu lassen.
Im Anschluss an den Vortrag wird es eine kurze Vorstellrunde der Südtiroler Institutionen geben, die sich der Fotografie verschrieben haben. Bitte beachten Sie, dass der Vortrag in Englisch gehalten wird, während die Präsentationsrunde auf Deutsch stattfinden wird. Wir freuen uns sehr, Sie bei der Veranstaltung begrüßen zu dürfen.
Rika Noguchi (geb. 1971) lebt und arbeitet auf Okinawa. In ihrer Arbeit konzentriert sie sich auf Naturfotografie und experimentiert häufig mit Nahaufnahmen, unscharfen Bildern und untypischen Aufnahmegeräten wie der Lochkamera. Ihre fotografischen Arbeiten thematisieren die Grenzen menschlicher Fähigkeit und Ambitionen und erinnern uns an die Existenz größerer und alles kontrollierender Kräfte wie die Schwerkraft oder das Licht, die auf unsere alltäglichen Erfahrungen einwirken.

La fotografa giapponese Rika Noguchi terrà una conferenza a Castel Gandegg ad Appiano. In questa conferenza ci darà informazioni sul suo lavoro artistico e sui temi che tratta nelle sue fotografie. Vi invitiamo a partecipare a questa presentazione e a lasciarvi trasportare nel mondo di Noguchi.

Rika Noguchi (nata nel 1971) vive e lavora a Okinawa. Il suo lavoro si concentra sulla fotografia naturalistica, sperimentando spesso primi piani, immagini fuori fuoco e dispositivi di ripresa atipici come la macchina fotografica a foro stenopeico. Le sue opere fotografiche affrontano i limiti delle capacità e delle ambizioni umane, ricordandoci l'esistenza di forze più grandi e onnipotenti come la gravità o la luce che influenzano le nostre esperienze quotidiane.
